Every test bed we operate is engineered to bring the full laboratory to your yard or rig site. Calibrated to ASTM E-4, powered by a silent Aggreko generator, driven by a GoBook II ruggedized computer, and capable of proof testing up to 75 tons — all self-contained, all trailered, all on-site.

The Deliverable

Every Test Produces a
Documented Certificate

Every item we test produces a signed, documented Certificate of Testing — including the actual load-vs-time graph recorded during the proof test. Certificates are delivered as a hard copy, on CD, and uploaded to your FASTTRACK account.

Each certificate documents test method (PROOF = 2×WLL), working load limit, peak load, proof test duration, and full traceability data.
