FASTTRACK Certificate + Inventory Management

Every Proof Test Produces a
Documented Certificate

FAST Testing delivers signed Certificates of Testing with real-time load graphs. FASTTRACK software catalogs every certificate, tracks your inventory, and alerts you before recertification is due — automatically.

Anatomy of a Certificate

A Document That Stands Up
to Any Audit

Each Certificate of Testing documents the complete test cycle for a single piece of rigging equipment. Test Method "PROOF = 2×WLL" means every item is loaded to twice its Working Load Limit and held under computer-recorded load. The resulting graph is printed on the certificate itself — proof the test actually happened.

Certificates are delivered three ways: a hard copy handed to you on-site, a CD containing all test logs, and uploaded directly to your FASTTRACK account for instant access from any device.

What Every Certificate Includes

Full Traceability.
Every Field. Every Time.

// 01
Customer & Location

Customer name and service address — the cert is issued for a specific operator at a specific site.

// 02
Test Number & Date

Sequential test ID and date stamp — every test in your inventory has a unique, traceable identifier.

// 03
PO & Serial Number

Tied to your procurement records and the physical serial number stamped on the item.

// 04
Equipment Description

Full item description — sling type, hardware class, or rigging category.

// 05
Size & Length

Exact physical dimensions — for slings, wire rope diameter and overall length.

// 06
WLL (Working Load Limit)

The manufacturer-rated working load limit — the capacity the item is certified to handle.

// 07
Peak Load Applied

The actual peak force applied during the proof test — typically 2×WLL.

// 08
Proof Test Time

Duration the load was held — recorded automatically by the Test 35 software.

// 09
OEM & Prior Cert

Last certification reference — maintaining chain-of-custody for your inventory history.

// 10
Basket Assignment

For items assigned to a specific basket or lift point — tied to the parent inventory item.

// 11
Load-vs-Time Graph

Printed on every certificate — the actual recorded test curve, not just a pass/fail stamp.

// 12
Inspector Signature

Signed by a Level II certified inspector — the final sign-off that the item is ready for service.
